About Customs

To order a toy in custom colors, contact me first for a quote. Feel free to send in any inspiration images or references. You can also find lineart of all the toys available to color in yourself here. Then place your order for the size and firmness of the toy you want and add any extra cost for Add-Ons by purchasing the equivalent amount of Qoins
I will send a photo of the finished toy before shipping it out to make sure it turned out how you wanted to.

Please be aware that I cannot replicate colors 1:1 as seen on the screen and that colors might vary slightly in brightness due to the material and add-ons (such as glitter, metallic, gitd) used in the color. The firmness of the toy also affects the coloration pattern- a firm toy does well with blocky marbles but fades turn out harsher, while a soft toy has more blending in marbles and softer fades.

If you request a "guided surprise" color, (sending in an inspiration picture for the custom coloration to be based on, but leaving the pattern and add-ons to me) you must accept the first pour of the toy (unless there are flaws such as bubbles). If you decide that you do not like how I interpreted it and want a specific coloration instead I will charge a 20% restock fee plus the regular cost of any possible add-ons chosen.

If you dislike how your custom toy turned out but it matches the description/mock-up art and has no technical flaws and you request a re-pour I will charge a 20% restock fee plus the cost of any additional add-ons for the second pour.
